Clima Cafe is a new kind of American bistro, showcasing what climate change is doing to the country’s classic meals.

We serve longtime favorites and regional specialities, sourced locally and internationally, and under threat from a warming planet.

Our appetizers, salads, entrees and desserts come to you despite failing crops and falling animal and marine populations.

Some meals and drinks might taste different. Availability for some ingredients may be disrupted within the next century, in the centuries after that or they may be restricted as a public measure to tamp down on greenhouse gas emissions or conserve resources like water – if climate change continues to be a global concern.
